What does "made-to-order" mean?

Every item in our store is crafted especially for you after you place your order. We don't keep pre-made stock — each enamel pin, plush toy, acrylic charm, and 3D printed piece is made with care and attention to detail. This means your order is truly one of a kind!

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on the item and current order volume. During busy periods or for complex customizations, it may take a little longer. We'll always keep you in the loop if there are any delays.

Can I customize my order?

Customization is at the heart of what we do! Many of our products can be personalized — please check the individual product page for options, or contact us before ordering if you have a specific request in mind.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, we can only accept cancellations or changes within 24 hours of purchase. Please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to make any adjustments.

02 Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! International shipping is available to most countries. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary by destination. Please note these are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local postal delays.

Will I have to pay customs or import duties?

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before ordering.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package on the carrier's website. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of your expected ship date, please contact us.

03 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because all our items are made-to-order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described. Please review our full Refund Policy for complete details.

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We'll make it right as quickly as possible — whether that's a replacement or a refund.

What if I received the wrong item?

If you received an incorrect item, please reach out right away with your order number and a photo. We'll arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no extra cost.

04 Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. Our store is powered by Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect your payment information. We never store your card details.
