Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Processing time - It differs from product to product. It is requested 1-3 business days to handcraft if there are no special circumstances. Please refer to a more accurate processing time noted under the product page's add-to-cart button.
Shipping time - Many factors can affect transportation time. We make every effort to ship your product out as soon as possible within the time frame that is listed on each product page.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Address - You can change your shipping address before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.
1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.
2. Also, please note that all personalized items are subject to a 30% restocking fee if they are returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
